Model: Kaylee from Australia

Model: Kaylee from Australia #3This is the third photograph I post of Kaylee. Previous ones here and here. As mentioned before, Kaylee is Australian of aboriginal descent and has very unique features. I don’t know what it is exactly, but she’s really beautiful and photogenic; but it’s not just that she’s physically attractive (which she is), she’s just gorgeous overall. There’s something about her.

Model: Piper from USA #2

Model: Piper from USA #2Piper and I shot over a month ago and unfortunately I haven’t had time to finish up her images. Life has gotten pretty hectic lately and I’ve been struggling to find time to catch up. I did manage to post an image of her last month though. This is another one from the same shoot that I really like. Piper definitely has beautiful eyes.

Model: Liliana from Indonesia #3

Model: Liliana from Indonesia #3Another shot of Liliana. This photograph was taken during the same shoot and in the same location as Liliana #2, She’s obviously beautiful and has an amazing figure, but her best feature is that she’s like a chameleon. It’s really interesting how different she can look between one shot and the next, just look at this photograph. I love that. She also has a great attitude.

Model: Ayako from Japan #4

Model: Ayako from Japan #4

Ayako is one of those people that just looks amazing in any photograph. I don’t think I got even one where she doesn’t look beautiful, she could be making funny faces and still look great. In this one she wasn’t even posing, I just said “hang on while I do a test shot to check the lighting” and she was just standing there! Not even trying to look good. I think someone must’ve been doing something that caught her eye, but not sure. Maybe she was just thinking “would you please hurry up!” Either way, she always looks beautiful. Proof is in the previous shots I’ve posted of here: Ayako #1, Ayako #2, and Ayako #3.

Update: Printing a book through Apple

I now have enough photographs that I consider good enough to put in a book. I’ve been playing around with Aperture’s book feature and designed a 35 page book that I just sent out to be printed. Although I’m doing this just as a test at this stage, I have really high hopes for the quality of the book. Hopefully I won’t be disappointed.
Book pageOnce it arrives, I’ll take some photographs of it and post them here with my thoughts on the process and the quality of the end result.

As far as editing down the photographs to the final “pick” ones, I always find that to be an extremely difficult task. The job of a photo editor really requires a sensitive eye and impressive skill. It’s an art form in itself. I wish I could do it easily, but I can’t.
